Certificate III CHC 30708 Children Services
Children Services person could be involved in child care, nanning, family day care, outside school hours care, play group and in home care. On the completion of Certificate students may continue to complete the Diploma of Children Services.
Study Mode
Mixed mode delivery over class room and placement. Care4 Kids is a ‘Statement of Attainment ‘ for four units of Certificate III Children Services. Students may choose to complete the full course while working on a fee for Service basis.
Entry Requirements
17 years of age, Australian Citizen or Resident, unemployed or working no more than 24 hours a week, Hold a Blue Card ‘Positive Notice blue card for Child Related Employment’ this is not necessary but desirable, sound literacy and numeracy and willing to obtain employment at the completion of the course.

Four payments , one on commencement the final three units are to be paid prior to the commencement of those units

Course Cost
Cost of Certificate I is $550. This cost may be covered if you are long term unemployed and registered with a Job Network. (Max 10 participants) Includes one week work placement and employment support.Certificate II AUR 20505 In Automotive Servicing covers 24 units over 26 weeks and includes a two week work placement. Course Cost
Course cost is $1,300. $750 may be covered toward this course if you are registered with a Job Network and fulfil the criteria for payment. (Max 12 participants) includes two weeks work placement and employment support.

Career Opportunities
This qualification satisfies the training and skills required for occupations in the automotive industry including: mechanics assistant, a special service person in light automotive, agriculture and mining industries.

The courses are conducted at the Logan YMCA facility in Mary Street, Kingston Logan City.
